Many young students and project holders in our region lack guidance, advice, and opportunities to meet the right people when conceiving and launching their projects. Because of this, they might fall into avoidable mistakes or give in to the obstacles they encounter.
40 project holders in Tata, Agadir, Inzegane and Ait Melloul, who have business ideas in the industrial and vocational fields.
70 students from different institutes of vocational training (ofppt centerrs) in Tata, Agadir, Inzegane and Ait Melloul.
40 traditional artisans in Tata who work in industrial and vocational fields.
The Compass program aims to provide training, networking, monitoring, and follow-up to the target audience, and to level up their entrepreneurial spirit. We offer to the participants the opportunity to meet prominent experts, excellent entrepreneurs, and successful companies; and equip them with the technical, legal, and managerial skills needed to succeed in their business and their professional life.
